How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Recruitment Manager

    Warrington

    £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Commission

Are you an accomplished recruitment professional who can develop valuable client accounts, lead a team and contribute to the growth of a specialist, quality-led business?

Working alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager, you will combine commercial responsibility with account development and team leadership, helping us convert new opportunities, build lasting client partnerships and develop a capable, accountable and collaborative recruitment team.

    The Role

As Recruitment Manager, you will play a central role in the commercial growth and day-to-day performance of the business. You will help identify and approach prospective clients, develop existing accounts and ensure new opportunities are converted into productive working relationships. Once an account is established, you will remain visible and involved, making sure we understand the client’s wider priorities and continue to deliver a service that strengthens the partnership. Alongside your commercial responsibilities, you will lead and support members of the recruitment team. You will set clear expectations, provide practical guidance and help individuals improve their performance without creating an oppressive or excessively target-driven environment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    * Developing new business within agreed specialist markets

    * Identifying prospective clients, key decision-makers and relevant commercial opportunities

    * Leading credible conversations with hiring managers, operational leaders and senior stakeholders

    * Attending client meetings, discovery calls and service reviews

    * Understanding prospective clients’ recruitment challenges and presenting appropriate solutions

    * Converting qualified opportunities into sustainable client relationships

    * Developing existing accounts by identifying new teams, locations, services and hiring requirements

    * Creating structured account-development plans for priority clients

    * Monitoring account activity, performance, service delivery and future opportunities

    * Working closely with consultants and delivery colleagues to ensure client requirements are clearly understood

    What We Are Looking For

You may already be working as a Recruitment Manager, Team Leader, Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant with informal leadership responsibilities.

You will need to be commercially confident and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients. However, we are not looking for someone whose approach depends entirely on high-volume cold calling or short-term wins.

The right person will understand that winning a client is only the beginning. You will have the account-management skills to strengthen the relationship, uncover wider opportunities and ensure the service clients receive supports sustainable growth.

Experience recruiting within qualified, professional or technical markets would be an advantage. This could include healthcare, life sciences, clinical, scientific, engineering, technology or another specialist field. However, sector experience is not essential if you can demonstrate strong recruitment knowledge, commercial credibility and an ability to develop a clear understanding of a new market.

You are likely to succeed in this role if you:

    * Have substantial experience within an agency recruitment environment

    * Have led, supervised or coached recruitment consultants

    * Can demonstrate experience of generating and converting new-business opportunities

    * Are confident speaking with hiring managers, business owners and senior decision-makers

    * Know how to move a commercial conversation from initial interest to a clear next step

    * Have strong account-management and relationship-development skills

    * Can identify opportunities to expand existing accounts without compromising the relationship

    * Understand the connection between strong delivery, client retention and commercial growth

    * Can set direction and hold people accountable while remaining supportive and approachable

    * Are comfortable addressing performance issues constructively and fairly

    Modern Recruitment Tools

This is not a technology position, and we are not looking for a systems specialist. However, the successful person should be comfortable working in a modern recruitment environment.

You should understand the importance of maintaining reliable information, using technology consistently and giving the team the structure it needs to work effectively.

    You may have experience using:

    * Recruitment CRM and applicant-tracking systems

    * LinkedIn and other professional sourcing platforms

    * Job boards and candidate databases

    * Email communication and outreach tools

    * Video-meeting and digital interview platforms

    * Reporting and recruitment-performance dashboards

    * Scheduling, workflow and task-management systems

    * Automation and AI-supported recruitment tools

You do not need to be highly technical. What matters is that you are digitally confident, willing to learn and able to encourage others to use recruitment systems accurately and responsibly.

Technology should support better recruitment, not replace professional judgement or genuine relationships.

    Your Approach to Leadership

We are looking for a manager who can create clarity without micromanaging.

You will be expected to understand what is happening across the team, identify where support is needed and ensure agreed activity is completed. At the same time, experienced consultants should have the room to think, contribute and take ownership of their work.

You should be comfortable recognising strong performance, but equally willing to have direct conversations when expectations are not being met.

A Different Kind of Recruitment Environment

At LeviCare, growth matters, but how that growth is achieved matters just as much. We are building a specialist recruitment business with ambitious plans, a clear focus on quality and a commitment to creating strong internal and external relationships. We want clients to recognise the value of working with us, candidates to feel properly represented and colleagues to be proud of the standards associated with the business.

    Interested?

If you are an experienced recruitment professional who can combine sales, account development and team leadership, we would be pleased to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next stage of a growing recruitment business, helping to develop its people, strengthen its client partnerships and build sustainable commercial success.
