Exciting opportunity to join the Air Conditioning department in a well-established HVAC family run business operating in the South East of England.
Job description
Purpose
Installation, service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of commercial and domestic air conditioning systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer service.

* Strong technical competence in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of air conditioning equipment and associated pipework.
* Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
* A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and promoting the company's services where appropriate.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A customer-focused attitude with good commercial awareness.

Essential Qualifications
* CITB (or equivalent) Air Conditioning qualification.
* REFCOM F-Gas Certification.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience
* Minimum of four years' experience in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of:
* Split systems
* Multi-split systems
* VRV/VRF systems
* Experience working with a variety of manufacturers' equipment.
* Knowledge of current industry standards, legislation, and safe working practices.
* Experience of carrying out risk assessments and identifying site hazards.
