📍 Hybrid / Remote | 📅 ASAP - November 2027 | 💰 Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to support major infrastructure and civil engineering bids from pre-qualification through to project mobilisation.

You'll play a key role in shaping procurement strategies, engaging suppliers, supporting estimating teams, and ensuring best-practice procurement throughout the bid life-cycle.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to support successful bids and tenders.
Lead supplier engagement, selection, and tendering activities.
Support estimating teams with market intelligence and pricing inputs.
Manage stakeholder and supply chain relationships across complex projects.
Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and supply chain assurance.
Support sustainable procurement and supplier diversity initiatives.
Contribute to high-quality procurement responses for tender submissions.What we're looking for:

✅ Strong procurement and supply chain experience within infrastructure and/or civil engineering
✅ Proven experience supporting bids, tenders, and estimating activities
✅ Knowledge of NEC contracts and construction procurement
✅ Experience with e-tendering platforms such as Jaggaer, SourceDogg, or similar
✅ Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✅ MCIPS qualified or working towards accreditation
