The Opportunity
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll join a small, collaborative engineering team responsible for developing and evolving a new customer-facing digital platform.
Working with C#/.NET, React and Azure, you'll build intuitive web applications and scalable backend services, with an API-first approach supporting integrations with existing and future systems.
Although part of an established organisation, the engineering team operates much like a startup. It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment where engineers have real autonomy, decisions are made quickly and there's a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a backlog of tickets and expected to deliver them.
You'll work closely with product specialists, designers and other engineers, contributing ideas, challenging requirements and helping shape both the technical solutions and the wider user experience.
The business is looking for engineers who care about what they're building, understand the needs of the end user and enjoy being involved in the decisions behind the technology.
What They're Looking For
They're looking for experienced Full Stack Developers who combine strong technical skills with a genuine product mindset.
You'll ideally have:
* Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
* Solid frontend development experience using React or another modern JavaScript framework.
* Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
* Experience building and delivering modern web applications, ideally within a customer-facing or product-led environment.
* A good understanding of API development, integrations and scalable software architecture.
* Experience working collaboratively with product managers, designers and other engineers.
* The ability to take ownership of technical decisions and explain the reasoning behind your approach.
* A proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge ideas, suggest improvements and think beyond individual development tasks.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where autonomy, adaptability and ownership are valued.
