Multi Trade Operative

The SLP Group is seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced across a range of trades, including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and general property maintenance. You'll work across residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on client properties

* Carry out painting, decorating, plastering, minor plumbing, and general carpentry

* Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently

* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Communicate effectively with clients and team members

* Work independently or as part of a small team on larger projects

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-trade or general property maintenance

* Skilled in several trades, ideally including:

* Painting and decorating

* Minor plumbing

* Tiling and flooring

* Carpentry or joinery

* Proficient with hand and power tools

* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

* Positive attitude with attention to detail

* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
