Role Overview
An opportunity for an Experienced Architectural Technician to join an architecture and surveying practice in Sevenoaks, working on UK residential and healthcare projects.
Responsibilities

Produce technical drawings and detailed drawing packages.

Support projects through technical design and construction stages.
*
Assist with project delivery and take responsibility for running projects or project stages, depending on experience.
*
Ensure drawings comply with UK Building Regulations and construction requirements.
Requirements
*
Experience as an Architectural Technician on UK projects.
*
Strong AutoCAD skills.
*
Experience in residential and/or healthcare projects.
*
Good knowledge of UK construction methods and Building Regulations.
*
Ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
*
Revit experience advantageous.
*
Must be within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks.
