Location: Thanet (Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Westgate-on-Sea & Birchington)
Pay: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

We have flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities available, making this an ideal role for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, youth workers, sports coaches and those with transferable skills.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning while their teacher is absent.

The Role:

Deliver pre-set lessons to secondary school students (Key Stages 3 & 4)
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students with their learning where required
Work across a variety of subjects - no planning or marking requiredWe are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with young people, either in education, coaching, youth work or similar settings
Are confident leading groups and managing behaviour
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are adaptable, reliable and organised
Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
