Registered Manager (Clinical)
Location: Telford
Salary: £80,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our Care Home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.
Essential Requirements
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management,
* Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
* Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills
* An understanding of safeguarding adults at risk
* Understanding of key care
Essential Experience
* Experience of managing in a care home setting.
* Experience of caring for individuals with dementia.
* Experience Medication management.
* Experience of supervising & leading a senior team.
* Experience of managing clinical staff.
* Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk.
* Understanding of regulations & legislation within the care profession.
* Understanding of key care principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home
* Lead and support the clinical and care teams
* Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance
* Manage staffing, quality assurance, and occupancy levels
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
