Start Date: From October 2026 onwards
Pay: £100–£120 per day
I am building a specialist SEND supply bank for Wolverhampton schools, ready for upcoming roles across mainstream primary, Early Years settings, additional resource bases (ARBs) and specialist SEND provisions.
If you’re a Teaching Assistant with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND, I would love to hear from you.
These roles are perfect if you want work that aligns with your individual strengths and preferences — whether you enjoy variety, prefer a consistent setting, or want to build your SEND experience while making a positive impact.
About the Roles
I work with a range of schools and Early Years settings who regularly require experienced, reliable and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants. You may support pupils with:
*
Autism and communication differences
*
Speech, language and communication needs
*
Sensory processing difficulties
*
PMLD or SLD
*
Complex medical or physical needs
*
Physical disabilities and mobility needs
*
Non‑verbal communication needs
Your role may be to support children on a 1:1 basis, work with small groups, or support the class teacher where needed. You will help pupils access learning, develop independence and engage positively in school life. Every setting I support takes an individualised, nurturing approach.
The Ideal Candidate
I am looking for Teaching Assistants who are:
*
Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEND
*

Confident supporting pupils with significant learning or communication needs
*
Resilient and positive
*
Strong team players
*
Committed to safeguarding and professional boundaries
*
Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic
Experience of autism, PMLD, SLD or physical disabilities is beneficial, but I also welcome candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.
