We're recruiting experienced GRP Laminators to join a leading luxury yacht manufacturer in Portland, Dorset. You'll play a key role in crafting high-end vessels that are recognised around the world, working as part of a skilled team producing world-class marine products.

Pay Rate
£20.00 - £25.00 per hour (Umbrella Company)
Overtime available at enhanced rates
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
✔ No nights
✔ No rotating shifts
✔ Weekends free
✔ Consistent daytime hours
What You'll Be Doing
As a GRP Laminator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality composite components, including:
Hand lay-up GRP laminating
Preparing, laminating and releasing moulds
Working from technical drawings and specifications
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
Supporting production targets while delivering exceptional craftsmanship
Working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative manufacturing environmentEvery component you help create will contribute to the build of luxury yachts used across the globe.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates with:
Previous GRP laminating or composite manufacturing experience
A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures, particularly when working with resins and composite materials
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work effectively as part of a teamApplicants from marine, aerospace, automotive, construction, wind energy, or other composite manufacturing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
