BMW Trainee Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at Sytner BMW & MINI Stevenage.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and wants to build a long-term career with two of the world's most recognised automotive brands.

You don't need previous motor trade experience. We're looking for the right person – someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, confidence dealing with customers and, above all, a genuine desire to learn and succeed.

About the role

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you'll be one of the key links between our customers and our workshop team. With full training and support from our experienced Aftersales team, you'll learn how to:

Welcome customers and understand their servicing and repair requirements

Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's visit

Explain work clearly and professionally

Work closely with our BMW and MINI Technicians, Parts and Service teams

Manage appointments and customer enquiries

Develop your knowledge of BMW and MINI products and technology

Build lasting relationships with our customers

Help us deliver the high standards of service our customers expect from BMW, MINI and Sytner

Who are we looking for?

You may already work in retail, hospitality, customer service or another customer-facing environment and be looking for your next step.

What matters most to us is your attitude.

You'll be friendly, organised and confident communicating with different people. You'll enjoy working as part of a busy team, be comfortable using technology and have the drive to develop yourself and build a career.
