How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Revenue Funnels | HubSpot | Sales Psychology | Marketing Automation | CRO
Great marketing doesn’t just generate leads. It understands what makes people buy.
Why does someone click but not enquire? What makes a prospect book a call? What messaging builds trust, overcomes objections and turns curiosity into a buying decision?
And can you personally build a funnel that turns those insights into results?
We’re The Travel Franchise, the UK’s leading travel franchise, voted Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World two years running. We already generate thousands of enquiries every month. Now we need a commercially sharp, technically brilliant, hands-on funnel specialist to turn that interest into qualified opportunities and new franchise owners.
This isn’t about building automations to a brief. It’s about understanding the audience, developing the strategy, writing persuasive messaging, building the entire funnel and continually testing what works.
If you love the psychology of selling as much as the technology behind it, we’d love to meet you.
    The Role at a Glance
HubSpot Funnel & Conversion Marketing Manager
Remote - UK | Bournemouth Preferred for Occasional Collaboration
    Competitive Salary DOE + Bonus
    Permanent | Full Time
Pedigree: UK’s Leading Travel Franchise | Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World Two Years Running
Your Background / Skills: HubSpot (5+ Years), Revenue Funnels, Marketing Automation, Sales Copywriting, Direct Response Marketing, Sales Psychology, CRO, Lead Nurture, Landing Pages, WordPress, Elementor, A/B Testing
The Role a Year From Now...
Your first year will have been a success if you’ve delivered these three outcomes:
More qualified franchise opportunities: You’ve improved how we convert existing interest into booked conversations, qualified enquiries and new franchise owners.
High-performing revenue funnels: You’ve personally built sophisticated HubSpot funnels that guide prospects through a longer, considered buying journey with compelling messaging, intelligent automation and timely follow-up.
Measurable conversion improvements: You’ve continually tested and refined landing pages, copy, campaigns and nurture sequences, using performance data to lift conversion and commercial results.
    This Role
This is a genuinely hands-on, commercially focused funnel-building role. We’re not looking for someone to manage HubSpot, oversee agencies or implement campaigns designed by somebody else. We need someone who can spot a commercial opportunity, understand the audience and independently work out how to turn interest into action.
Buying a travel franchise is a significant personal and financial decision. Prospects may spend weeks or months researching and weighing up their options. So the marketing journey needs to do far more than capture an email address: it must build trust, create desire, address objections and move people towards a conversation with our sales team.
You’ll make that happen, from messaging and copy to landing pages, HubSpot workflows and conversion testing. Working closely with our marketing team and Co-Founders, you’ll have the freedom to challenge assumptions and introduce new ideas.
    What You’ll Be Working On
Building complete revenue funnels: Designing and personally building multi-step HubSpot funnels that move prospects from initial interest to qualified sales opportunity.
Creating persuasive messaging: Writing landing-page copy, email sequences, headlines and CTAs that connect with the audience’s motivations and buying psychology.
Understanding the buying journey: Identifying what prospects need to hear, see and experience at each stage of a high-value, longer-consideration sale.
Developing intelligent automations: Building complex workflows, behavioural triggers, segmentation, lead scoring and nurture sequences that respond to prospect intent.
Creating high-converting landing pages: Building and improving pages in WordPress and Elementor.
Testing and optimising relentlessly: Experimenting with messaging, offers, layouts, CTAs, timing and funnel structures to find what genuinely improves conversion.
Improving lead quality: Working with the sales team to understand which enquiries convert and where prospects drop off.
Personalising the experience: Using RightMessage, HubSpot and AI to deliver more relevant content and journeys.
Owning the results: Analysing funnel performance and making ongoing improvements based on qualified leads, booked calls and revenue opportunities.
Here’s the Experience We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced, hands-on HubSpot specialist with strong commercial and creative instincts, bringing:
    * 5+ years of substantial, hands-on HubSpot experience, confidently building sophisticated automations, workflows, funnels, segmentation, nurture sequences and reporting yourself.
    * Proven experience building complex, high-converting sales funnels, ideally for high-value products or services with consultative buying journeys.
    * Strong sales copywriting skills: compelling headlines, landing pages, email sequences and CTAs that persuade people to take the next step.
    * A genuine understanding of sales psychology: motivations, objections, trust-building and persuasion.
    * The ability to develop and execute your own ideas without someone mapping out every campaign.
    * Extensive testing and optimisation experience, with examples of what your improvements delivered commercially.
    * Confidence in creating landing pages and campaign assets yourself, ideally in WordPress and Elementor.
    * Strong commercial awareness: you know the difference between generating leads and generating qualified opportunities that convert into revenue.
    * Excellent written and spoken English.
    * A proactive, hands-on approach: you’re happiest getting into the platforms and making things happen.
    * Experience with RightMessage, website personalisation, AI-driven marketing tools and integrations would be highly beneficial.
Most importantly, we want someone who can show us what they’ve personally built, why they built it that way, how they improved it and what it achieved.
    Why Join Us?
You’ll own one of the most commercially important areas of our marketing, work directly with decision makers, have the freedom to experiment and see the commercial impact of your work.
    Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
Performance Bonus: Rewards linked to business performance.
    Professional Development: Dedicated learning budget.
Holiday & Travel: Generous holiday allowance plus genuine travel opportunities.
Culture: Netflix-inspired “Freedom & Responsibility” – context not control, outcomes over hours.
    Who Are We?
Not Just Travel and The Travel Franchise are multi-award-winning travel companies with over 700 active Travel Consultants across the UK. Our unique B2B2C model lets franchisees build successful travel businesses, backed by our marketing, systems, training and infrastructure. Marketing plays a central role in connecting the right people with that opportunity.
If you love building sophisticated funnels, understand what makes people buy and get a buzz from improving conversion, we’d love to hear from you.
