We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established label manufacturing business.
This is a varied, customer-focused position combining account support, quotations, order processing and sales administration. You will manage customer requirements from initial enquiry through to delivery, while also developing relationships with existing and previous customers to generate repeat business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a primary contact for customer enquiries, pricing, lead times and deliveries
* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Preparing quotations and following up on proposals and previous activity
* Processing orders accurately through the company’s ERP system
* Monitoring orders from receipt through to production and despatch
* Keeping customers informed of progress, changes and delivery schedules
* Coordinating artwork approvals, proofs and label specifications
* Liaising with production, purchasing, scheduling and despatch teams
* Making outbound calls to existing and previous customers to generate repeat orders and new opportunities
* Identifying appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and sales information within the CRM system
* Supporting new customer onboarding and account setup
* Resolving queries or complaints professionally and efficiently
* Producing sales reports, forecasts and customer activity summaries
* Supporting inventory management and product availability enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
* At least two years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration or account support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confidence managing several priorities within a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, commercially aware approach to customer relationships
* Good numerical skills for pricing and quotation work
* Experience using CRM, ERP or order-management systems
* The ability to work effectively with sales, production and operational teams
Experience within labels, printing, packaging or manufacturing would be particularly advantageous, although applications from other relevant business-to-business environments will also be considered.
