High Voltage HV Engineer

Astute's Power team is partnering with a reputable engineering company to recruit a High Voltage Engineer on a 12 Month contract to support its work winning team within the Power sector.

The High Voltage Engineer role will be a mostly remote position, with occasional visits to sites nationally.

Key skills required for the High Voltage Engineer role

Electrical Engineering training and experience.
Strong working knowledge and experience with HV works and design.
Experience with large scale cable laying or substation projects and experience on national grid projects.
Confident working from 132Kv upwards.

Location, details and timeframe of the High Voltage Engineer role

Mostly remote role, with occasional visits to sites nationally.
12 month contract with strong possibility to extend.
Mileage expenses for site visits.
