Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team in Nottingham on a temporary basis, with immediate starts available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience within a professional contact centre environment, where you will receive full training and ongoing support from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound calls
* Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
* Taking accurate messages and recording important information
* Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
* Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
* Working as part of a supportive team to maintain excellent service standards
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous customer service or call handling experience is desirable but not essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
* Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
