This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to step into a leadership role where they can make a real impact on customer satisfaction, team development and service delivery.
The Role
You will lead and develop the customer experience function, ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service at every stage of their journey. Working closely with internal departments, you will oversee customer enquiries, complaints and service performance while implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the Customer Experience team.
Manage customer complaints and escalations through to successful resolution.
Monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse customer feedback and implement service enhancements.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Produce reports and monitor key customer service metrics.
Ensure enquiries are managed professionally and within agreed timescales.
Drive continuous improvement across the customer experience function.
About You
Previous experience managing or supervising a customer service team.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience handling complaints and customer escalations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
