How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    National Account Manager

£50,000-£60,000 base salary | Fully remote, UK | Flexible working

Huge growth, an exciting product range and significant opportunities ahead. This ambitious health and wellness brand is looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail accounts and help shape its next stage of expansion.

With established retail partnerships and a busy innovation pipeline, there's plenty to build on. New products, expanding ranges and opportunities across UK and international markets make this an exciting time to join.

For a National Account Manager who wants responsibility and influence, this is an opportunity to own your accounts from planning through to delivery. You'll understand the numbers, set priorities, bring recommendations and drive actions forward. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the visibility and scope to make a real commercial impact.

Ownership is central to this role. You'll be trusted to stay ahead of customer needs, spot opportunities and risks early, and follow through on commitments. Success means being on top of your business, keeping colleagues informed and knowing when to make a decision or bring others into the conversation.

    The role

As National Account Manager, you will:

Take ownership of key retail relationships, account plans and commercial performance.
Build and deliver joint business plans that grow sales, distribution and profitability.
Identify opportunities for new listings, range expansion and stronger product performance.
Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions and customer terms.
Review customer investment, challenge ineffective spend and recommend improvements.
Build compelling category stories to support product launches and retail growth.
Own account forecasts across a broad range, accounting for innovation, promotions and seasonal demand.
Coordinate with marketing, operations and supply chain, ensuring actions are followed through and commitments are delivered.
Proactively communicate progress, priorities and risks, bringing proposed solutions alongside any issues.About you

The successful National Account Manager will have experience managing retail accounts within a branded consumer business, ideally with an SME or entrepreneurial background.

Experience working with Holland & Barrett and/or Boots would be particularly valuable, although we're open to other relevant retail account experience.

You'll be someone who naturally takes responsibility. You organise your workload, anticipate what needs to happen next and keep things moving without waiting to be chased. You're comfortable working independently while staying visible and connected to the wider team.

Commercially, you can hold your own in negotiations, explain what's driving account performance and turn data into clear actions. You'll also enjoy the variety of a hands-on role, working across a broad product range and getting involved wherever needed to deliver customer plans.

    What's on offer

£50,000-£60,000 base salary, depending on experience.
Fully remote UK working, with travel for customer meetings as required.
A flexible working approach built on trust, ownership and communication.
Responsibility for important retail relationships and direct access to senior leadership.
An exciting innovation pipeline and opportunities to contribute to retail expansion.
The chance to broaden your experience as the business develops in the UK and internationally. If you're a National Account Manager ready to take ownership, influence decisions and help a growing brand realise its potential, apply with your CV or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
