Plumber

Your new company
You will be working with an established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works across commercial and university buildings. They are looking for an experienced plumber to support ongoing works within busy, occupied environments.

Your new role
As a Plumber, you will carry out a range of planned and reactive plumbing works across university buildings. Duties will include fault finding, repairs to pipework, taps, toilets and sanitary ware, addressing leaks and blockages, replacing plumbing components and completing general maintenance works.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience working as a plumber within commercial environments, with experience across universities, schools, colleges or similar educational buildings is highly desirable. A relevant plumbing qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds would be beneficial, alongside strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently in occupied buildings.
