Omnia Resourcing is recruiting Food Production General Operatives to support a leading food production operation in the TW4 area.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and flexible individuals to join a busy team working across various food production departments. This is a hands-on role requiring physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You may be assigned to different departments, including Dishroom, Trayset, Dry Store, Logistics, Kitchen and Pastry, depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities as a Food Production General Operative:

Work across different food production departments, including Dishroom, Trayset, Dry Store, Logistics, Kitchen and Pastry.
Handle, prepare, sort and organise food products in line with operational requirements.
Assist with tray setting, dishwashing, food preparation, packing and general production duties.
Follow strict food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Carry out manual handling duties, including heavy lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.Requirements:

Valid passport and the right to work in the UK.
Five years of references required.
Recent DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Good communication skills and a reliable approach to work.
Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Willingness to work across different departments as required.
Ability to work in different temperature environments, including hot, cold and ambient areas.
Comfortable handling all types of food and drink, including meat, fish and alcohol. Masks and gloves are available for use where required.
Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting and other manual handling duties.
Ideally living within one hour's travelling distance of the TW4 area.Important Information:

This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and working across various food production environments. Flexibility is essential, as working days may include weekends and bank holidays, depending on operational requirements.
