About the Company
Our client is an established specialist finance brokerage with a strong reputation across the UK market and over 20 years of experience. They give clients and intermediaries fast, flexible access to the specialist finance market through an extensive lender panel spanning high street banks, challenger banks, specialist lenders and private banks, and are now looking to add a Bridging Advisor to the team.
About the Role
This is a junior, trainee-level bridging advisory role, designed for someone ready to build a career in specialist finance sales. The business will consider complex Buy to Let advisors looking to move into bridging, and bridging case managers with sales exposure and a genuine interest in moving into an advisory role. You will learn from experienced colleagues while handling enquiries and supporting complex cases, with the training and support to develop into a confident bridging advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle bridging enquiries, assessing requirements and recommending suitable lenders and products
* Advise introducers, brokers and clients on bridging finance solutions
* Structure and place cases with the lender panel
* Manage cases from enquiry through to completion, liaising with lenders, valuers, solicitors and clients
* Support the team on complex cases, learning from experienced colleagues
* Build and maintain relationships with introducers and brokers
* Maintain accurate, compliant case records
* Develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and mentoring
Package
* £40,000-£50,000 basic salary, depending on experience
* Training and support to develop as a bridging advisor
* Based in Watford, Hertfordshire

Skills & Experience
* Experience as a complex Buy to Let advisor, or as a bridging case manager with sales exposure and a genuine interest in moving into an advisory role
* Understanding of the bridging process, including valuations, legal work and completion
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded, ambitious and keen to learn
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
