Salary £32-34k
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Processing labour-only subcontractor payroll.
Managing supply chain payments, including CIS and retention deductions.
Producing and collating financial reporting data.
Maintaining supply chain compliance.
Managing rebate agreements and payments.
Supporting financial and commercial claims or investigations.
Acting as the first point of contact for supply chain payment queries and chasing payments.
Assisting the Commercial Team with chasing late payments.
Collating all claimed retentions.
Collating all completed project final account applications.
Chasing historic and current outstanding debts.
Collating CVs and maintaining the candidate database.
Assisting with cost information for forecasting.
Sending reminders to Quantity Surveyors (QSs) for monthly tasks.
Work Location: In person
