Baltic Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Newton Aycliffe. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit several Extrusion Operatives on a permanent basis to join their successful and expanding team.
We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals with a strong attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate extrusion lines safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
Manufacture products to precise specifications while meeting production targets.
Carry out routine quality checks to ensure consistent product standards.
Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Report any machinery faults, defects, or production issues to management.
Work effectively as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.Requirements
Previous extrusion or production/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Continental shifts:
2 days, 2 nights
7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am
Salary description
£28107.00 - £30500.00 per year
