Salary: £29,000-£30,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, on-site

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an Engineer Scheduler to join their team. You'll be the person who keeps the day running smoothly, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time and that customers receive a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and booking in routine and recurring visits for customers
Keeping the team calendar accurate, up to date and easy to follow
Reorganising engineer schedules at short notice when plans change or appointments are cancelled
Allocating colleagues to jobs based on their skills and availability
Liaising with the team about extra hours and cover
Reviewing the upcoming schedule each day to stay one step ahead
Working with colleagues across the department to make sure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
Handling day-to-day admin, including updating systems and responding to calls and emailsSkills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
Naturally organised, with the ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
Confident communicator who builds good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
