Centric Talent is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's busy manufacturing facility in Halifax.
Our client is an established and successful bespoke furniture manufacturer looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals to join their cabinet furniture production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term temporary position with a well-established company offering ongoing work, full training and opportunities to develop new skills.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working on a busy, fast-paced furniture production line.
Following detailed work instructions and production procedures.
Working efficiently to meet production targets and standards.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Supporting other areas of production when required.
Warehouse packing duties & Product assemblyWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience working in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive role.
Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work.
Can read, understand and follow detailed instructions.
Are reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude.
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred, and full training will be provided.
Working HoursEnjoy the benefit of fixed day shifts with no weekend working!
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Weekends: Off

Salary description
£12.71 - £12.71 per hour
