Description
Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
Support the dealership team with financial insights and advice.
Manage payroll processing and employee expenses.
Work closely with external auditors during audits.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience in managing financial reporting and analysis within a commercial setting.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
