We are delighted to be partnering with a successful international organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator to join their collaborative HR Shared Services team in Welwyn Garden City.
The Role
You'll be a key member of the HR team, delivering a high-quality service across a broad range of HR activities, including:
Managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and benefits administration
Assisting with payroll processes and ensuring data accuracy
Maintaining employee records within SuccessFactors
Producing HR reports and people data insights
Managing the HR Shared Services inbox and supporting employees and managers
Coaching and supporting HR Apprentices
Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Experience within HR administration, HR coordination or HR shared services
Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
