The Role
You'll take the lead on a £50m student accommodation development, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, health and safety, and overall project delivery.

Proven Project Management experience with a main contractor.

Experience delivering large-scale residential, student accommodation, hotel or similar developments.

Strong leadership, programme management and problem-solving skills.
