How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We’re recruiting for a Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing who is looking to develop their skills and progress within quality assurance, food safety and training.

You may already have experience in QA/QC, quality control or auditing, or you could be an experienced food manufacturing professional with a good understanding of GMP who is keen to take the next step into a quality-focused role.

Working closely with the production team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of food safety, product quality and compliance across the site. The role offers a varied mix of hands-on factory checks, GMP audits, quality documentation, updating procedures and delivering training to colleagues.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Carry out routine quality checks and inspections across the factory.

    * Support GMP audits and ensure site standards are consistently maintained.

    * Complete and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

    * Assist with updating procedures, work instructions and quality paperwork.

    * Deliver training and guidance to colleagues on quality, food safety and GMP requirements.

    * Work closely with production teams to promote best practice and ensure compliance.

    * Identify potential issues and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

    * Help maintain a strong culture of quality, hygiene and food safety throughout the business.

    About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and passionate about maintaining high standards.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    * Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment (essential).

    * Experience in QA, QC, auditing or other quality-related activities (preferred).

    * A good understanding of GMP and food safety standards.

    * Strong communication skills and the confidence to train and support colleagues.

    * Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.

    * A practical, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.

    * The confidence to work hands-on in a busy factory environment.

    * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Please note: Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
