Parts Advisor

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred. Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £26,650 basic per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime

Parts Advisor Role
Receive, check and organise incoming parts and stock
Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately
Order parts and accessories to meet workshop and customer requirements
Maintain accurate stock records and departmental documentation
Handle parts enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with the Service and Parts departments
Ensure all parts operations meet company and dealership standards
Parts Advisor Requirements
Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage stock, orders and customer enquiries efficiently
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
