Starting salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience as a Master Vehicle Technician

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break; 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, paid as overtimeDuties as a Master Vehicle Technician:
Accurately and efficiently undertaking repairs and servicing of vehicles to the highest standards
Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer, retailer, and industry guidelines
Mentoring and providing technical support to other vehicle technicians to enhance diagnostic accuracy and repair times
Discussing ongoing vehicle issues directly with customers when necessary
Ensuring all work is completed safely and followed up until resolution
Maintaining high levels of quality in a fast-paced workshop environment
Contributing to team targets and maintaining excellent standards of customer serviceRequirements:
IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician at Senior or Master level within a franchise environment
High-level diagnostic and repair skills
Valid UK driving licence
A dedicated, motivated team player with a high standard of work
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and adhere to deadlines
