How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Digital Business Analyst (AI) – Canary Wharf /WFH – to £55,000 basic plus bonus to £62,000

    Global client has an amazing opportunity for a Business Analyst with a Digital background and experience of building business applications rapidly using AI-assisted development, generating working code through AI tools, and then reviewing, refining, and delivering reliable solutions.

    As a Digital Business Analyst you will be required to designing and delivering practical applications and automations across Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI and Azure, working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into working software and also to deliver AI initiatives from minimum viable products to production-ready tools. Vibe coding, agent assisted development is desirable as is building agents in Azure foundry. The role also promotes and deploys collaborative applications within the Office 365 tenancy, such as team workspaces, workflows and document sharing.

    With 1-2 years experience in AI you will have the ability to build applications and automations by using AI tools to generate, refactor and debug code (ie:- Anti-Gravity, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and the AI capabilities within Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry, review and validate all AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability, turn plain-language business requirements into working prototypes quickly, then iterate with stakeholders to reach a production-ready solution. You will be aware of emerging AI and low-code technologies, assess their business impact and solve business problems with creative, practical solutions, work with business partners to draw out high-level requirements and capture needs in a structured, produce process flow diagrams and light documentation to support the business and hand-over, maintain knowledge of new Office 365 and AI features and evaluate them for business use, apply data governance, security, and compliance policies to everything built and collaborate with infrastructure engineers, digital business analysts, and governance teams to ensure solutions and AI agents are secure and compliant.
