How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an established and growing construction business based in London.

    The business delivers a diverse range of high-quality projects across the built environment and is looking for a confident Project Manager with a strong construction/build background to join the team.

    The Role

    As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

    You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, taking ownership of project delivery and maintaining strong commercial and operational control throughout.

    The ideal candidate

    We are keen to speak with Project Managers who have a solid background in construction/build and experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors:

    Residential
    Commercial
    Healthcare
    Education
    Hotels / Hospitality
    Retail
    You will ideally have a proven track record of managing projects through the full construction lifecycle, with strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage projects from commencement through to completion
    Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
    Manage programme, quality, health & safety and project delivery
    Monitor project costs and budgets
    Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
    Manage procurement and subcontractor performance
    Identify and resolve project issues effectively
    Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and specification
    Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
