The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting:
Class teachers with day-to-day learning
Individuals and small groups
Phonics, English and Maths activities
Pupils with SEND and additional needs
Classroom routines and learning activities
Pupils across different primary year groups
Daily Supply Can Lead to More
While the initial requirement may be for day-to-day cover, long-term placements can be made off the back of successful daily supply work.
If a school likes your approach and has an ongoing requirement, your initial supply booking could develop into a longer-term position.
We Are Looking For
Previous experience working with children
Primary school experience desirable
Reliable and adaptable approach
Confident communication skills
