How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Senior Account Manager - Brand | Creative | Marketing | Digital

Are you an agency-side Senior Account Manager looking to take a leading role within a creative marketing agency with integrated capabilities?

We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Senior Account Manager who can lead day-to-day client relationships, shape strategic and creative briefs, guide multi-channel marketing projects and help grow key accounts. This role would suit an experienced agency professional who enjoys turning marketing challenges into engaging campaigns, content and brand experiences, while combining trusted client counsel with hands-on delivery across an integrated mix of services.

    What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak to people who understand how strong agency partnerships are built: listening carefully, challenging constructively, spotting creative and marketing opportunities, and giving clients confidence at every stage. You’ll be comfortable leading relationships with senior client stakeholders, translating commercial and marketing challenges into clear agency briefs, and bringing creative, content, digital, social, strategy and production teams together to deliver effective, audience-focused work.

    * Proven experience as an agency-side Senior Account Manager within a creative, marketing, advertising, branding or integrated agency

    * The ability to interrogate client challenges, shape strategic and creative briefs, and provide clear direction across campaigns, content, digital, social, brand and production

    * Confidence leading client relationships, including senior stakeholder communication, presentations, difficult conversations, feedback and approvals

    * A strong understanding of campaign planning, content, digital, social and integrated marketing delivery, alongside brand strategy and identity

    * Commercial confidence, including ownership of estimates, scopes, forecasts, profitability, supplier costs and change control

    * The judgement to prioritise effectively, anticipate risks, resolve issues and maintain momentum across multiple accounts and fast-moving workstreams

You’ll bring a strong track record in creative marketing agency account leadership and a genuine enthusiasm for ideas that connect with audiences and deliver results. You’ll understand the value of a sharp brief, confident counsel and rigorous delivery, and you’ll know how to balance client ambition, creative quality, commercial realities and agency resource across campaigns, content, digital and brand-led work.

    What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead a portfolio of client accounts and creative marketing projects, acting as a trusted partner while working closely with creative, content, digital, social, strategy and production colleagues. From setting account priorities and developing briefs to overseeing campaign plans, budgets, presentations and delivery, you’ll create the conditions for standout work, healthy client relationships and sustainable account growth. You’ll remain close enough to the detail to keep fast-moving activity on track, while providing the judgement and direction expected at a senior level.

    * Leading day-to-day and senior-level client relationships, setting agendas and ensuring clear decisions, actions and accountability

    * Owning the development of marketing, campaign and creative briefs, challenging assumptions and aligning clients and internal teams around audiences, channels and clear objectives

    * Directing multi-channel projects from planning and resource allocation through to launch and delivery, maintaining quality, pace and clear communication

    * Owning estimates, budgets, forecasts, scope control, billing and reconciliation, with a clear focus on account profitability

    * Presenting campaign thinking and creative work with confidence, guiding feedback and helping clients make well-informed decisions

    * Building account plans, spotting campaign and channel opportunities, and converting them into valuable new briefs, proposals and organic growth

    * Supporting pitches and new-business opportunities, contributing audience insight, commercial thinking and compelling creative marketing responses

    * Sharing best practice, supporting colleagues and helping maintain consistently high standards across the agency

    * Integrated creative campaigns and brand communications

    * Content, copy and sales support materials

    * Digital marketing, websites, email and content-led projects

    * Social media, paid activity and campaign activation

    * Branding, positioning and proposition development

    * Experiential, events and wider integrated marketing activity

You’ll have a clear appreciation of what clients value in a strong creative marketing agency partner: fresh thinking, care, clarity, commercial awareness, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to work that connects with audiences and makes a measurable difference. You should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, creating constructive space for ideas to develop and turning audience insight, strategy and creativity into campaigns and experiences that feel relevant, effective and memorable.

    Why This Role?

This is a great opportunity to join an established creative marketing agency with strong branding expertise and a genuinely integrated service offering. The culture is warm and collaborative, with a belief in making the work enjoyable as well as effective. You’ll lead valued client relationships across an energetic mix of campaigns, content, digital, social and brand projects, influence the full agency process and play an important part in growing accounts and raising the standard of client partnership. If you’re personable, proactive, commercially astute, creatively curious and ready to make a meaningful senior contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
