How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Bendi licence looking for your next opportunity?

We’re partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find a hands-on, organised Warehouse Operative to join their Quality Control team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and takes real pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage and control of product samples used for quality testing and investigation. Alongside the warehouse activity, you’ll support the team with sample records, documentation and general QC administration.

    What You'll Be Doing

Receiving, checking and recording deliveries of samples into the facility
Moving and storing samples safely using a Bendi forklift
Maintaining organised sample retains and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Collecting samples for sensory and investigatory testing
Supporting the management and destruction of waste and retained stock
    Maintaining and monitoring pallet destruction
Preparing outbound sample forms and coordinating the distribution of samples
Working closely with the Warehouse and Quality Control teams to ensure samples are available when required
Supporting improvements to warehouse, sample control and laboratory processes
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation and safety across the warehouse environment

    What We're Looking For

Valid Bendi forklift licence – essential
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Experience operating warehouse equipment safely and confidently
Good understanding of warehouse practices and procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with basic administration and record keeping
Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Laboratory or Quality Control experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
Counterbalance forklift experience would be an advantage
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Comfortable with a hands-on role and not afraid to get stuck in

Please note: this is a temporary rolling contract paying an hourly rate for a period of 12months.

If you're an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Bendi licence and you're looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
