We are looking for reliable General Operatives to join a busy team immediately at a local company. This role involves carefully packing products into the appropriate boxes and containers, ensuring quality standards are met, and counting packs to ensure accurate quantities.
Responsibilities
The role of a General Operative will involve:
Packing products carefully into the relevant boxes and containers
Working within a team environment within the packing area
Completing quality checks during the packing process
Counting number of packs ensuring the correct quantity is packed for the customerRequirements
To be successful in the General Operative role, you will need to be:
Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to the fixed night shift pattern Tuesday to Friday
Able to carefully pack products, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently maintained
Good verbal communication skills in English, essential for understanding instructions and working effectively with the team
Able to get to site with your own transport due to the location of the site, which is not accessible by public transport
