This is an administration-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, and takes ownership of their workload
Duties include:
Coordinate customer service requests from quotation through to fulfilment and invoicing.
Manage operational records, compliance documentation, and audit trails.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and business systems.
Support asset lifecycle and supplier administration.
Coordinate fleet administration, including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and vehicle records.
Work with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Personal requirements:
Experience in administration, operations, or service coordination.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Confidence using business systems and producing management reports.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
