The school is particularly keen to hear from Russell Group or other leading UK university graduates with experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs. Previous classroom or Teaching Assistant experience is preferable. A patient, resilient approach and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils
Confidence providing tailored support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
