Vehicle Technician

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician on behalf of a reputable car dealership in Epsom. This Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership within a leading automotive group, recognised for supporting technician development and rewarding performance.

Competitive basic salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Potential to earn up to £56,000 annually with realistic OTE, including a bonus scheme of up to £2,000 per month.
Ongoing training and development in a modern, air-conditioned workshop.
Monday to Friday working hours from 8 am to 5.30 pm, with no weekend work unless opting for overtime.
Overtime available at premium rates, including optional Saturdays.
23 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and routine servicing.
Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards.
Identify additional work opportunities, including service plans and warranties.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work.
Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently.
Contribute positively to the team and uphold brand standards.
Maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
Full UK driving licence.
Relevant technical qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred, but open to candidates with equivalent experience).
Good knowledge of manufacturer systems and diagnostic tools.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
