How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Property Manager

    Location: Ruislip

    Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 Basic Salary

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

    The Opportunity

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful and growing residential lettings team in Ruislip. This role is ideal for an organised and customer focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

    You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service is delivered while maintaining compliance and resolving issues efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords

    Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

    Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

    Instruct and manage contractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard

    Conduct property inspections and follow up on any required actions

    Handle tenancy issues and dispute resolution where necessary

    Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations

    Manage renewals, tenancy agreements and relevant documentation

    Respond promptly to maintenance enquiries and tenant queries

    Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM system

    Requirements

    Previous experience within residential Property Management

    Strong organisational and time management skills

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

    Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements

    Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach

    Full UK driving licence preferred

    Professional and personable manner
