How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    PROJECT MANAGER – PRINT & RETAIL POS (Point of Sale)
    £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits | Hertfordshire - 3 days on-site Major client, 2 days at business

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager / Account Manager to join a growing print and retail production business, managing high-profile projects across a fast-paced retail environment.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who understands print, production, installation and retail delivery, and enjoys working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to get projects delivered on time and to a high standard.

    The Project Manager role:
    • Manage projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through to delivery and installation
    • Coordinate timelines, budgets, suppliers and external installation partners
    • Work closely with clients and internal Sales, Operations and Client Services teams
    • Manage installation programmes across multiple locations
    • Build strong relationships with external partners and monitor performance
    • Support project scoping and provide technical/logistical input
    • Ensure accurate project reporting, documentation and KPI tracking
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and project delivery

    We're looking for:
    • Proven Project Management experience within print, retail, production, POS, display or a related environment
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Experience managing suppliers, partners and project stakeholders
    • A good understanding of installation and production processes
    • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and deadlines
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
    • Willingness to travel between project locations as required
