Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Lincoln that is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teacher to join their team with an immediate start on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, tutor, sports coach, youth worker, mentor, or aspiring teacher who is keen to develop their classroom experience and explore a future career in education.
You will have the opportunity to teach and support pupils across the primary curriculum, working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders while developing your skills in lesson delivery, classroom management, pupil engagement, and supporting children's progress.
About You
Experience working with children or young people through education, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or a similar environment.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with primary-aged pupils.
Comfortable leading groups and taking responsibility for a classroom.
A calm, patient, professional, and adaptable approach.
Strong organisation, reliability, and resilience.
The ability to manage behaviour and maintain a purposeful learning environment.
A genuine interest in primary education and a desire to help children succeed.
Enthusiasm for teaching across the primary curriculum.
An ambition to develop a long-term career within teaching or education.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
