How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Learning & Development Training Partner 
    Ipswich (Outskirts)
    6-Month FTC (potential to extend) £100,000 FTE
    Hybrid Working, ad-hoc travel to other sites as required 

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & Development Training Partner to lead a business-critical learning and capability project.

    This role will focus on transforming complex technical and operational information into engaging, accessible learning solutions that support employee development and organisational performance. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will design and deliver scalable digital learning, create structured learning pathways, and establish a sustainable learning framework that can be maintained beyond the life of the project.

    You will utilise a range of learning technologies and resources to develop impactful training modules while coaching managers and subject matter experts to confidently deliver effective learning initiatives within their teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in building internal capability, embedding best practice, and ensuring learning remains practical, relevant, and aligned to business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Review existing learning content and identify development priorities and capability gaps.
    Design, develop and launch engaging digital and blended learning programmes.
    Create structured learning pathways for different audiences and experience levels.
    Develop training materials, toolkits, guides and reusable learning resources.
    Coach managers and subject matter experts to deliver effective and consistent learning.
    Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and shape learning solutions.
    Establish learning standards, evaluation measures and continuous improvement processes.
    Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications.
    Deliver a comprehensive handover to ensure long-term sustainability.About You
    Proven experience delivering learning, training or capability projects from concept through to implementation.
    Strong instructional design skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
    Experience developing digital learning content using LMS and learning technologies.
    Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    Ability to coach and develop managers and internal trainers.
    Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
    Analytical approach with experience measuring learning effectiveness and impact.Desirable Experience

    Experience working within technical, operational, manufacturing, engineering or product-led environments.
