How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are seeking a qualified Financial Adviser to support an established client base while also identifying opportunities to grow assets under management through referrals, networking and relationship building.

    The Opportunity

    This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious adviser who is passionate about providing holistic financial planning and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

    You will work with clients across a broad range of financial planning needs, providing tailored advice and ongoing support to help them achieve their financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Provide holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax planning and estate planning.

    * Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring recommendations remain suitable and aligned to changing circumstances.

    * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

    * Identify opportunities to grow your portfolio through referrals, networking and professional connections.

    * Prepare and deliver compliant, high-quality financial advice.

    * Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activity is documented appropriately.

    * Stay up to date with industry developments, market trends and regulatory changes.

    * Work closely with paraplanning, administration and compliance teams to ensure efficient client service and smooth business processing.

    * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and client care.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    * A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).

    * A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.

    * Experience providing holistic advice across investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning and protection.

    * Experience using cashflow modelling software.

    * Strong relationship management and communication skills.

    * A client-centric approach and commitment to delivering excellent service.

    * High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

    * The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

    * A proactive and motivated attitude with a desire to grow your client base and professional reputation.

    What's on Offer

    * Performance-related bonus opportunities.

    * Existing client support and business development opportunities.

    * Administrative and paraplanning support.

    * Ongoing professional development and training.

    * A collaborative and supportive working environment.

    * The opportunity to develop your career within a growing wealth management business.

    If you're an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference to clients while continuing to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you
