Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, correspondence, report preparation, and stakeholder liaison.
* Coordinate client onboarding activities, support AML/KYC and compliance processes, prepare engagement documentation, and maintain accurate records.
* Support employee onboarding, including inductions, system access, equipment allocation, training coordination, and personnel records management.
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with colleagues, suppliers, IT providers, and external partners while supporting administrative process improvements.
* Support operational projects, management reporting, marketing activities, social media, website updates, client communications, and business development initiatives.
* Coordinate events and networking activities, including logistics, invitations, attendee management, and follow-up.
* Provide finance administration support, including invoicing, billing, expenses, credit control, record maintenance, and bookkeeping assistance.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Degree educated or equivalent experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and adopting new systems, with a proactive and commercially aware approach.
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within a legal, professional services, or regulated environment.
* Knowledge of AML/KYC processes, client onboarding, CRM systems, and business support activities.
* Event coordination, business development, marketing support, or accounts administration experience would be advantageous.
