Aspire People have partnered with a nursery in Hinckley to recruit a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their established team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young children and supporting their learning and development during the early years. You will work closely with nursery staff to create a positive, safe and nurturing environment where children feel happy, confident and encouraged to learn.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and able to build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents. A strong team ethic and a genuine passion for early years education are essential for this role.
To be considered for this position, you must:
Hold a recognised Level 3 childcare or Early Years qualification, or equivalent.
Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
Be confident working as part of a team and supporting nursery staff.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be caring, patient and enthusiastic, with a positive approach to learning through play.
Understand the importance of safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment for children.
This is a full-time position, working five days a week in one nursery in Hinckley, offering the opportunity to become a consistent and valued member of the team.
