Aspire People have partnered with a nursery in Lutterworth to recruit an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Level 3 practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development. You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel confident, supported and encouraged to learn through play.
Working closely with the nursery team, you will help deliver engaging activities, support children's individual needs and contribute to their development during these important early years. The successful candidate will be caring, patient and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification that is full and relevant.
Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Have experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
Be confident supporting children's learning, development and individual needs.
Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Be reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
This is a full-time position, working five days a week in one nursery in Lutterworth, offering consistency for both the practitioner and the children.
