The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality restaurant.
- A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine, fresh ingredients and great food.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a kitchen team.
- High standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen organisation.
- A hands-on approach, positive attitude and a desire to keep learning and developing.
