The role requires a qualified electrical engineer who can work independently, identify reactive tasks and provide multi-skilled support to other trades when required.
The Role
As the Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll:
Carry out electrical building services maintenance and respond to reactive requirements.
Diagnose faults using a logical and methodical approach.
Identify reactive maintenance tasks and work effectively without direct supervision.
Support other engineering trades where reasonably required.
Contribute effectively within a multi-skilled building services team.
Adapt to changing maintenance priorities and operational requirements. About You
To be successful as the Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll have:
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365-03) or an equivalent qualification.
City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition qualification.
A time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent training.
Strong building services knowledge and multi-skilled engineering capability.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements.
IPAF, PASMA, HVAC, CAFM/CMMS or BMS experience would be advantageous.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing would also be advantageous. What's in it for You?
