Client Details
Our client is a large and established social housing provider responsible for managing a substantial residential portfolio across London and the South East. With continued investment in property services and increasing focus on resident safety, building condition, and regulatory compliance, they are expanding their specialist surveying teams to meet growing operational demand.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor, Disrepair Surveyor, Damp & Mould Surveyor, Repairs Surveyor, or Technical Surveyor to play a key role in protecting residents, improving housing conditions, and supporting compliance across a large housing portfolio.
